SELLING Upwork account fake

I am going to let everyone knows about the upwork fakers. He is from Estonia. In Estonia, I am not sure how many this kind of Estonia fakers. But this is really shame. He just sold out himself for 30. I have record the video with the ID card, his Upwork account and his selfie. I will share it on all social websites and want to notify people to know about this kind of scammers.
