Seems like this guy is a very scammer. He never understood why he must share the Upwork account before the upfront.
Maybe he is very airhead. Anyway, I prefer all developers mustn't work with this guy.
Usually, seller must show their product so that buyers determine about their products.
But he never showed his Upwork account and only asked upfront. VERY STRANGE GUY.
Is that right? In this case, who can believe him?
So I think he is a very big scammer as many developers said above.
