Dear fellow developers,

I reached out to Jack Support in order to unlock my Payoneer account so that I could make payments. Although it was a new and verified account, I was only able to receive payments but not make them, you know. I informed Jack that there was $200 in the account and he assured me that he could help for a fee of $98. He promised that my account would be unlocked within 3-5 days after I paid. However, even after 9 days, they didn't work and my account remained locked.

I contacted Jack again and requested that he keep his promise. They changed the passwords on my Payoneer account and Gmail account without any explanation. They did something more to my Payoneer accounts but I couldn't know what they did, because I didn't know the passwords of my accounts. Following this, my Payoneer account was blocked. Jack then informed me that their team, including his boss, would work to recover my account, which took another week. Ultimately, they were unable to recover my account and I lost access to the verified account as well as the $200 contained in it.

I requested that Jack refund the $98 fee that I paid, compensate me for the lost deposit and time, and provide me with a verified and unlocked Payoneer account with a virtual card. Despite making these requests, Jack only provided a partial refund of $98 and ignored my other requests. They did not take responsibility for their actions or compensate me for the financial loss and time wasted. What I requested for the compensation was a verified & unlocked payoneer account with virtual payoneer card, the services the are selling. But they ignored their client's least reasonable request.

As a result, I strongly advise against doing business with this untrustworthy and unreliable team, named Jack Support. If you become involved with them, you risk losing your money, account, and valuable time, just like me. It is crucial that you do not trust them. As a fellow freelancer, I urge you not to repeat my bad experience with Jack Support.

It's really nightmare, you've experienced.
Those scammers are driving our honest developers in a miserable situation.
Actually, I myself have also a bad experience with Jack Support.

I lost my verified payoneer account, $200 in it, and 2+ weeks time because of them.
Still can't guess why they should have to change the passwords of my payoneer and gmail accs, why they didn't let me know the new passwords, and where my $200 went to.
I could require $200 or more to Jack Support as a compensation for my lost $200 and time.
But I only requested a new verified payoneer account for my lost verified acc, and Unlocking & Card service with that payoneer account instead of $200.
Actually they are selling Unlocking & Card services and their price is less than $150, you know.
As you can see, this was least, very least requirement from me, so convenient for them.
But they ignored and denied my request.
I believe it's not fair in any ways.
